This morning I started with a lovely spinach smoothie. There are many recipes to be found on the internet, this one I made with what I had available and is based on the recipe from the book 'The art of raw living food, by Doreen Virtue and Jenny Ross'.
Ingredients: 1 banana, 1 pear, 1 carrot, 1 tablespoon spirulina, 1 tablespoon maca powder, 1 tablespoon hemp grains, 1 tablespoon chia seeds, 1 tablespoon honey and a splash of coconut water. Blend and garnish with pumpkin seeds.
