In these two workshops we will be taught to go from relative seeing (expectations, labeling) to absolute seeing (seeing things are they are). We do that by narrowing down our world. The first two days we explored colour.
The third day we explored another aspect of the world of form: pattern. That has to have a sense of repetition (more than two, because two makes a pair) and no context. Pattern is everywhere, it will open your world. Be still from the inside, that is the only way to see. Thoughts like "I like" or "I'm used to" are not fresh, they don't come from a still place in yourself.
Here are my pictures on pattern. I actually experienced that pattern is everywhere. It was very joyful to discover that.
