Apple-carrot juice

Fruit- and vegetable juices are strong cleansers for the body. Apples in particular are a powerful cleanser of the alimentary canal; they have unique enzymes in their juices that are very effective for gallstones and constipation of the liver.

Carrots contain lots of protective carotenoids which are good for the health of the eys (we all know that, right?) and skin. Carrot juice is easy to digest and very soothing for the alimentary canal.

Ingredients: 3 assorted apples, 1 orange, 1 slice of ginger and about 3 carrots.
Put all the fruit and vegetables in the juicer, mix, pour and enjoy. Gives you lots of energy!
