I must confess that this picture is not very appealing, but I was in kind of a rush this morning before going to my yoga class. That sounds like a contradiction and it is, it's just that I hadn't planned photographing this smoothie. It tasted a lot better than I had expected, so I decided to share it. Here it is.
Ingredients:
2 handfuls of blueberries (I bought mine in the organic store)
1 banana
1 pear
pinch of cinnamon
big splash of coconut-rice milk
You know the drill: mix all the ingredients well and pour in a tall glass. Enjoy!
